Child Cares for the Needy in His Community
The organization he founded, Joshua's Heart, combines both faith and family as this little boy works to end hunger and help kids like himself.

At the tender age of five, Joshua expressed concern for children less fortunate and even gave away a $20 gift from his grandmother to a hungry homeless man.

Today, his thriving nonprofit organization has a clear motto: Help Stomp out World Hunger.

Together, Joshua's family and volunteers organize food distributions, ultimately helping around 100 people without homes and 450 families each month.

Joshua also established a program for those outside of his community to get involved because he believes so strongly in helping those who have to go without.

Others can apply to be Joshua's Elves and continue his inspiring work in their home towns, setting up food donations and helping educated kids and families.

This little boy has big goals, as he recently told the Miami Herald, "I want my team to go out and give food to people who have a need for food. I want to stretch it all the way to countries in Africa."

With faith and family on his side, Joshua is sure to take his message far and inspire change around the world.
